The fresh fruits, vegetables, and other grocery items sold by Wefarm.
The browsing, ordering, purchasing, and delivery services provided through the Platform.
Welcome to Wefarm. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Platform and the purchase of Products from Wefarm ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Platform, creating an Account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Personal Use
Your Account is for your sole, personal use. You agree not to share your Account credentials with others or assign/transfer your account to any other entity.
Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account access. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
Liability for Fraud
Wefarm is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized, wrongful, or fraudulent use of your username or password due to your failure to secure your Device or credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Unauthorized Access
You undertake not to use another user's Account at any time.
Username Discretion
Wefarm reserves the right to change or re-assign usernames at its sole discretion if deemed necessary for legal or operational reasons.
Perishable Goods
You acknowledge that most Products we sell are perishable. Their freshness upon consumption depends heavily on proper handling and storage by you immediately after delivery.
Natural Variation
Vegetables are natural products. Images on our Platform are illustrative. Actual Products may vary slightly in color, shape, size, and weight. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Availability
All orders are subject to Product availability based on seasons and daily harvest. Availability is at the sole discretion of Wefarm. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a substitution or a refund.
Order Acceptance
We accept your order only when we send a confirmation or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in [INR] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods

Payment Processing Errors
While we aim for smooth transactions, Wefarm shall not be liable for losses or damages incurred related to third-party payment gateway processing errors, technical glitches, or declined transactions.
6.1 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive perishable goods during the selected slot.
6.2 Standard Home Delivery
Risk of loss passes to you once goods are delivered to your doorstep or handed to a receiver at your address. Wefarm is not liable for spoilage or theft after drop-off if you are unavailable.
6.3 Society-Based / Bulk Delivery
If you select "Society Delivery," delivery is made to a designated central common area agreed upon with your society management (e.g., security gate, lobby). Our responsibility ends once goods are offloaded at this designated central point. You must collect your order timely to ensure freshness. Wefarm is not liable for mix-ups, theft, or spoilage occurring after drop-off at the society point.
No Returns on Perishables
Due to health regulations and the perishable nature of produce, we generally do not accept returns once delivery is completed and accepted.
Quality Guarantee & Complaints
If you receive items that are spoiled, damaged, or significantly subpar, you must notify us within [6 HOURS] of delivery.
Resolution
Complaints must be accompanied by the order number and clear photographs of the issue. Valid complaints will be resolved via a replacement in your next order or a refund (credited to your Wallet or original payment method at our discretion).
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You specifically agree NOT to:
8.1 Technical Harm
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Platform. Hack, interfere with, spoof, or disrupt the Platform's operation (e.g., denial-of-service attacks).
8.2 Harmful Content
Upload or submit data containing viruses, trojans, corrupted files, or any other malicious software.
8.3 Unlawful Use
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international laws.
8.4 Objectionable Conduct
Submit content or engage in behavior towards our staff or delivery partners that is vulgar, hateful, globally offensive, defamatory, abusive, or threatening.
All Wefarm Content present on the Platform, including but not limited to design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel," and arrangement of such content, is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Wefarm, and is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights.
Service "As Is"
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
Location
Wefarm makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in your specific location other than our defined delivery areas.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wefarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or consumption of Products. Our total liability for any claims arising from a purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price paid by you for that specific order.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [INDIA/BIHAR].
Severability
